An unused portion of backyard was converted into a pond for decoration and the enjoyment of pets and family.
We removed a large and unstable oak tree from the center of the area to be made into the pond. The stump and roots were ground up and the pond was dug. A liner was installed, as the water table was too low to hold water in the pond naturally. Sand and river rock were hauled in to make a beach and decorate the sides. Underground electrical conduit brings power to run the pump and lights. A waterfall and other features bring the pond to life. The area around the pond was fenced in with gates in the front and rear.
